Bigelow Beardies Refund and Return Policy

We have a 14-day refund and return policy.

If within the first 14 days you have a health concern and you have given your beardie all the proper care, we can then discuss the option of you sending your dragon back to us for a full refund, excluding the shipping.

Please note that our 14-day health guarantee will be voided if we feel your dragon has not received the proper beardie care or if at any time you rehomed your beardie to a third party.

If after the 14-day health guarantee period you request a refund and return, we reserve the right to deny that request. However, all cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
